Bring your business back on track!

So many business owners are juggling so much, trying to keep their fingers on the pulse of their business, how the markets are looking, what their target market is doing, usually to the detriment of their personal life. Their business becomes all encompassing, and the trouble is that 50% of businesses fail in the first 5 years and only 25% of business will make it to 15 years.

Many business owners are working 12+ hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 15% of business owners take no holidays, and more than a quarter take less than 5 days holiday a year. Everyone says that’s one of the consequences of running your own business, right?

What happens here is your relationships with friends and family break down, you’re exhausted a lot of the time, and this can all lead to making some terrible decisions for you, your business and even your family. If this is you, you have probably missed social engagements because there was one more thing you needed to finish.

You went into business to be your own boss, build something from scratch, create a better life, and achieve financial freedom. You love running your business, of course you do, as do most of the business owners I have worked with in the past. Yet some of these things have not yet come to fruition.

One strategy I created is A Cubed created to allow continuous improvement while remaining focused on the most important thing. Assess where you are, decide what actions to take, follow through on those actions and be accountable for them, and then assess where you are now, what worked, what didn’t, where could an improvement be made and then make those your next actions to commit to.

Are you ready to take action?

  3. If appropriate, I will send you more information on what I do, how and why.
  4. We talk again to see whether we are a good fit for each other.
  5. If we are, we decide the best approach to take and you are on your way to a more successful business
