What to do when you have too much to do

You know that feeling, when you have so much to do, to get done, to achieve. That daunting, stomach churning, maybe even could be called stress feeling, it can definitely result in being stressed.

It is almost like no matter how much effort you put into your work there is always more to be done, something alway comes out the woodwork needing your attention right?

All those queries, potential customers, new customers, old customers, all the meetings to make sure your marketing is on track, your sales targets are being hit, your tech deadlines are being met. That feeling of knowing that spinning all these plates if you take your eye of any of it for even a second every plate will come crashing down.

Well what have you been doing in this situation? Probably trying to keep all the plates spinning to the best of your ability, right? No matter the cost on you, or your personal life too, right?

If you knew a better way you would use it too, who wouldn’t want more time? What would you do with your extra time?

Well what can you do? You could stop spinning all these plates, couldn’t you? What if it was that simple stop trying to do everything, delegate what you can, and trust the person you delegate it to, you have chosen them for a reason, give them the space to be effective.

Maybe you need to plan what you have, so you can make important decisions on what’s actually important for your business, and needs your individual attention, you can’t do everything look at how that’s working out for you right now, at any minute those plates could come tumbling down. As the old saying goes if everything is important then nothing is.

Focusing in on the one thing you can make an impact on and add value to now.
